Bought this item at Sams. It does feel like cheap plastic, but, was easy to install and once I figured out how to work it- we like it! I thought the diverter knob was used at 90 degrees, I finally figured out that it had a 45 degree setting that allowed me to used both heads at the same time. My husband likes that the regular setting covers the whole body so it feels warmer. We have only had it a week, so we'll see how it holds up.

I was surprised that a product from Delta was so poorly designed and constructed. I returned it and got the Waxman 8679400 5-Spray Distinctives Handheld Showerhead, Chrome and Satin Chrome instead. Works perfectly.
This product is made entirely of mid-range quality plastic. It is heavy and awkward to handle.
The fittings on the Delta leaked and there was nothing I could do to correct this problem. My plumbing skills are pretty advanced. I attempted several times to stop the leaks without success. My conclusion is that it was constructed with very poor quality and that the parts would not fit together well enough to ever stop leaking. Also, the large shower head around the perimeter puts out a wide area of spray... great for a large shower enclosure; not so great for an average or smaller space.
I normally follow the advice of the Amazon reviewers. In this case I did not and paid the price for it...

Good product, easy to install. be careful eith the fittings as they are plastic and can break easily. I had to use pipe tape to stop the leaking but that is semi normal with plumbing

Just installed this shower head last night -- easy to do. The shower experience was wonderful. After 20 minutes, I still didn't want to get out.

This is a great product. It was easy to install. Looks great. Some products like this loss water pressure, not so with these shower heads. I like the ease of using one or both heads, changing the various settings, and how simple it is to remove and replace the extension shower head. It has made a huge difference in cleaning the shower stall. I highly recommed the product.
