There's a sweet spot where it does not continue to drip, but you have to hit that spot. After a couple of years the finish started peeling off. If you're looking to get an oil-rubbed bronze finished faucet, DO NOT waste your money on a Kingston Brass faucet.

The handles do unscrew easily, but it is just as easy to give them a little twist in the opposite direction. The faucet did not come with the necessary hoses for hook-up. We had to purchase those separately at a local hardware store for a few dollars. The product is appropriate for the price and that's exactly what I wanted.

"Disappointing......"2010-02-03 By J. C. Correll (Pompano Beach, FL) I purchased a DELTA bathroom faucet from DealYard. The item arrived and I had my handyman come to install. There were parts missing. He had to leave to go to a hardware store to find these parts, but was not successful. He returned and we called DELTA for installation instructions who advised that this was a discontinued item and all remaining items had been sold to DealYard. We called DealYard who were baffled by the fact that parts could be missing, however they offered to send a new faucet and that I would not have to return the original faucet.
-it was necessary to pay my handyman for the hours spent and not succeeding in installing the faucet. -the long distance calls were costly especially since both companies kept putting us on hold. -it will be necessary to have the handyman return to finish installing the faucet. -I was offered NO compensation for this ordeal except that I could keep the original faucet, which is defective.
This is undoubtedly the most disappointing experience with Amazon since there was no money saved with this purchase, it cost me more than had I gone to Home Depot and bought a faucet.
I am a senior living solely on social security and this was a wasteful endeavor.

"Reliable if you get a good one"2009-03-03 By Peggy (CA United States) We remodeled our townhouse and bought two of the Avalon faucets in nickel for the two baths. The first faucet had several flaws. First, the hot water knob scraps against the base ring when you turn it on. Meanwhile the cold water knob has a noticeable gap between the bottom and the base ring. I'd say 1mm on the hot side and 3mm on the cold side. You notice it as soon as you can see the sink.
We called the customer service line to learn there is no way to adjust the inner body to fix the problem. They did offer to send two new bodies, but it's a pain to reinstall because there's no way to know whether the new ones will be better aligned. Second problem with the faucet is at the spout. Each time I turn it on, there's a stray stream of water, sometimes it's spits out bits of water towards the left, sometimes there's a small stream to the right. I will soak the aerator in a vinegar solution to see if it fixes the problem. Otherwise, Price Pfister offered to send me another aerator.
The strange thing is that the second faucet we installed seems perfectly fine. The knobs and base rings align fine and the water streams out like any other faucet. I like the finish and the height of the faucet head over the sink. It looks great with our new granite counters.
It's peculiar that in the same order we could have a normal faucet and one with so many different issues. At least I've been satisfied with the manufacturer's response to my complaints. My plumber says this brand is okay but not the best. He truly believe you get what you pay for when it comes to faucets.
