Although the original Delta Waterfall faucet we had lasted less than 6 years, we had to go with the exact same one again because of the way the holes are lined up in our granite countertop. This is a great faucet otherwise - when it isn't leaking.

"Can't clean aerator" 2010-04-16

Had this faucet since Nov 2008. Tried to clean the aerator but I can't remove it. Called Delta help line. They couldn't help. They sent me new wand. I guess I'll try to back flush the wand to get the debris out. Other than that, faucet looks and works great.

This is the second faucet we've purchased and installed in a months time. The other brand was not lead free and the water tasted HORRIBLE from it. I guess on a little tiny piece of paper inside the box they told you to run that faucet for 15 seconds every time you used it. Wouldn't that waste a lot of water? So this Delta faucet is great!!! Lead free, great tasting water again, nice styling. I like how the water is aimed at the drain so it doesn't splash when you turn it on.

I purchased this faucet for my half bath. Thh faucet itself rocks! It is Beautiful! The piece is very classy looking and extremely heavy. My issue is not withthe actual faucet but the lack of parts that come with it. It comes with two water lines...and that is all. I went to 5 different hardware stores in search of a universal fitting and was then sent to a specialty shop. Turns out this "Eurpean design" doesn't work with USA standard parts. Luckily we were able to make our own fitting and use the sink but if I had known the number of hours I was going to spend looking for parts (and reiterating to my husband this is the one I want)I would have not purchased. We have over 10 hours invested in the installation (with a plumbers help)alone. Buyers beware!
