Was easy for my husband to install. The shiny finish is a nice touch with new sink. Works as described in product description - I am very pleased and have no dislikes or problems with this faucet.

Faucet is great looking, seems to be sturdy. The pull down head does not retract smoothly though, you need to click it back into place, rather than it drawing all the way back. The handle to turn the faucet on and off is a little different and just takes some getting used to so you aren't turning the water on full blast every time.

I purchased this faucet in May 2009 with much trepidation as I couldn't find any reviews for Premier Faucets. But it was the look I was going for and the price was right so I decided to "roll the dice". I received the faucet in 2-3 days in perfect condition. When I received it, I noticed there was no button to switch the water to "spray" so I assumed spraying wasn't an option. We installed it with no problems and learned that you can twist the head of the sprayer and it switches to spray mode. This is a beautiful faucet, made of all metal (with the exception of the pull down spray head) and works like a charm. I would have no reservations about ordering Premier to replace the rest of the faucets in my home.
